My approach to health wasn't built in a classroom.
Of course, my qualifications matter. They're the foundation of the advice I give and the recommendations I make.
But the way I coach people today has been shaped just as much by my own experiences as it has by my education.
Like many people, I spent years believing health was about getting everything right.
I believed there were good foods and bad foods. Healthy people and unhealthy people. Success and failure.
Over time I realised health doesn't work that way. Life doesn't work that way. And neither do people.
